We offer two types of services, tailored per your specific needs. Pricing is based on square footage, total area serviced, equipment and products used as well as other factors. You will receive a detailed quote for your approval prior to scheduling your sanitizing service.
Our teams are equipped with the most advanced gear in the market of Fogger Blowers and Powered Sprayers, including protection gear. They will use fogging and spraying methods to sanitize and disinfect the entire area of requested service, while wiping door knobs and other high touch points throughout. We’re designed and geared to sanitize and disinfect both indoor and outdoor spaces as needed. It is an extremely effective system of ensuring all surfaces are completely sanitized and free of harmful bacteria and viruses, including coronavirus. Our services exclusively use products that are California-compliant, EPA-registered and hospital grade disinfectants and sanitizers, eliminating a large range of germs, bacteria and viruses, including coronavirus. Our products are designed to meet all your disinfecting, sanitizing, and de-odorizing needs. It’s strong enough to be used in a hospital or medical environment, and has been specifically formulated to be used on both porous and non-porous materials. Rest assured, our products have over 130 organism kill claims including Aspergillus niger, Penecillium spinulosum, E. coli, Salmonella, HIV, Hepatitis-B, Herpes, Poliovirus, and many other pathogenic and environmental microbial organisms.
Our products can be safely used in residences, businesses, commercial institutions, daycare centers, nurseries, restaurants, hospitals and more. They’re registered on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) list of disinfectants for use in fighting the new coronavirus pandemic, meeting the agency’s emerging pathogen efficacy requirements. For a product to be EPA Registered as a disinfectant it must pass efficacy testing for each given virus or microorganism. This test includes exposing the subject strain to the disinfectant and the product must kill over 99.99% of the microorganism to pass.

It really depends on your individual needs and will be different for residential and commercial applications. As a general rule of thumb, while the covid-19 pandemic continues to spread and there is no vaccine in sight, we recommend a monthly or a bi-weekly subscription to ensure ongoing maintenance of safety and sanitization. We’re able to accommodate a more rapid schedule if need be based on any given scenario and we’ll work with you diligently to determine what would be most beneficial schedule for you.
It is safe to come back at any time after the completion of the sanitizing service (unlike some pesticide services). Please note it will take anywhere between 30 minutes to 90 minutes for everything to be completely dry, as our fogging method leaves surfaces moist. It is recommended to leave all windows open during and post service as it will speed up the drying process.

Sanitizing can help prevent disease transmission, contamination and/or spoilage. Sanitizing, however, is not a substitute for cleaning.
